The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is accepting comments from stakeholders on rule revisions for the Texas Administrative Code, Title 26, Chapter 551, concerning Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) new requirements. This rule project implements legislation from the 88th Legislative Session (House Bills 4696 and 1009). The comment period ends Dec. 19, 2023.
