Please make sure you contact the ombudsman office. I spoke at great length with Patty Ducayet today and we addressed several issus that have come up in the past week. They are also following up with HHSC Long-term Care Regulation. FOLKS, please make sure you contact the ombudsman office and help encourage other famiies to do the same. We must make sure somebody is educating non-compliant facilities.
